   Sunday, July 31, 2005 March of the Penguins, tampa In honour of the Pittsburg Penguins drafting of Sidney Crosby in the welcomed NHL Entry Draft Saturday, Mandi and I ventured into downtown Tampa to see the new indie flick, March of the Penquins. First of all, the movie was great I highly recommend it... secondly, if you have never been to a show at the historic Tampa Theatre, get yourself there today. The Tampa Theatre was built in 1926 and then restored a few years ago and is an incredible sight. The inside of the theatre itself is very reminiscent of the theatres of old with beautiful architecture and a dude that plays a very large, very "Mighty Wurlitzer Theatre Organ"... before every show! Cool stuff. |
